The agreement
WXI is provided by Acoustic Pte. Ltd., Singapore. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind it.
The service
WXI measures customer experience by capturing paired before-and-after readings and a qualitative worst-part answer, and produces AI-assisted reports. We will run the service with reasonable skill and care, but it is provided as-is: we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and AI-generated classifications and summaries are assistance, not advice.
Plans and payment
Plans and any free trial are described on the pricing page. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled from the billing page. Plan limits apply to what you can create; respondent answers over a monthly volume limit are still collected and stored, and we may ask you to upgrade for continued over-limit use.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for what you collect: deploy WXI honestly, tell your customers what you need to tell them under the laws that apply to you, and do not use the service to collect data you have no right to collect. No abuse of the platform, no attempts to breach other workspaces, no resale of the service without an agreement with us.
Your data
Response data belongs to the workspace that collected it. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export your data and you can delete it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending things
You can stop using WXI and delete your workspace at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, and will give reasonable notice where practical. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
